Engineered outdoor rooms with a roof that opens to the sky, closes against the weather, and disappears when you want nothing between you and the stars. Built from marine-grade aluminum, rated to 190 mph wind, PE-stamped in every state we operate in.
A louvered pergola is a free-standing or attached outdoor structure with aluminum louvers on the roof that rotate up to 170° on silent direct-drive motors. Closed, it’s a watertight rainproof ceiling. Tilted, it filters sunlight and releases heat. Fully open, the sky is the only ceiling. Rain and wind sensors close it for you automatically when you’re not home.
Closed for storms. Tilted for shade + ventilation. Open for stargazing. Integrated screens for bugs. One roof, every condition.
Direct-drive motors that operate under 42 dB — quieter than a library. No clicks, no hum, no mechanical signature.
Water runs through hidden channels in the posts, straight to ground. No gutters, no downspouts, no visible plumbing.
A one-hour conversation at your home or on Zoom. We walk the site, understand the house, and sketch a direction. Complimentary, confidential, no pressure.
PE-stamped shop drawings, structural calcs, and 3D renderings. You sign off on the design before a single louver is ordered.
We handle every permit in every jurisdiction we work in. Nothing comes back to you.
A dedicated install crew, owner-supervised, on site for 3–7 days depending on scope. Site is returned cleaner than we found it.
A one-on-one conversation with our design team to understand the house, the site, and what you want the space to feel like. Projects typically range from $50,000 to $250,000+.
