These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sjboutdoors.com (the "Site") operated by SJB Outdoor Living, a division of South Jersey Blinds & Beyond LLC ("SJB," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

The Site is provided for informational purposes and to help you schedule a design consultation. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to access parts of it you are not authorized to access.

No scope of work

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding quote, engineering opinion, or scope of work. Pricing ranges, specs, and descriptions are illustrative. Any project will be governed by a separate written proposal and signed contract.

Appointment booking

Booking a consultation reserves a time slot with our design team; it does not obligate you to purchase any product or service and does not obligate us to install one. Either party may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — photographs, renderings, text, design, and trademarks — is the property of SJB or its licensors and may not be reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party content

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, manufacturers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJB and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Atlantic County, New Jersey.
