i. what it is

a wall, when you want one.

A motorized screen is a weather-rated mesh panel housed inside a slim aluminum cassette mounted to the top of an opening. It drops down on silent tubular motors into side tracks that hold it firm against wind, bugs, and glare. Retracted, the mesh disappears entirely — no visible track, no sag, no flapping. Rated up to 65 mph wind deployed, and controlled from a single app along with your pergola louvers.

Housings are integrated flush with the pergola beam or recessed into the ceiling. When the screen is up, you see clean aluminum — not a zipper, track, or roller.

Insect mesh, solar mesh (blocks 80–95% UV), clear vinyl (wind + rain), and blackout. Choose per-opening depending on what each side of the structure needs.

ZipTrack side channels hold the mesh under tension. Rated to 65 mph wind deployed. Wind sensor retracts automatically above threshold.

Extruded aluminum cassettes, powder-coated to match the pergola in the same 200+ finishes. Mounted flush or recessed in ceiling cavity.

warranty

10 years on motor, 5 years on mesh (UV degradation covered). Extended coverage available.
